CANCELLATION POLICIES
Special Orders:
This merchandise is being manufactured or ordered especially for you. Requests for cancellation will be accepted prior to delivery with 20% of the full purchase price retained as a re-stocking fee.
In-Stock Orders:
Requests for cancellation of current in-stock merchandise will be accepted prior to delivery and the full purchase price will be refunded.
Mattresses:
Acceptance of delivery of any mattress and/or foundation finalizes the sale. The Alles Brothers Delivery Team will remove your used mattress or foundation if in sanitary condition. The price for removal is $20 per individual piece removed.
Carpet/Flooring:
All carpet and flooring sales are final. Upon requests for cancellation, only installation charges will be refunded.
SERVICE POLICIES
We will provide repair service free of charge for manufacturer defects under the terms stated in the manufacturer's warranty if they occur within the first year. Any repair after one year will incur a charge even if the parts are still under warranty. Alles Brothers does not guarantee service after a period of one year.

There are no refunds, exchanges, or service calls provided on clearance or “as-is” merchandise.
Manufacturers of upholstery fabrics and leather products do not guarantee their products for shrinkage, color fastness, pilling, or durability. Therefore, we are not able to guarantee fabrics for these issues. Please consult the manufacturer’s warranty for explanations on covered defects.
All of our mattress manufacturers warrant against structural defects. This warranty is between you and the manufacturer, and all manufacturer decisions are final. We will assist in getting you the necessary warranty information in order to submit a claim to the manufacturer. No manufacturer warrants or guarantees comfort, nor can Alles Brothers. Mattresses cannot be exchanged or returned without authorization from the manufacturer. Acceptance of the delivery of any mattress finalizes the sale and no pickups, returns, or refunds can be made.
Some manufacturers have extended warranties against defective parts. Manufacturers' warranties are subject to transportation and labor fees.
If you relocate to an area outside of the normal service areas and are in need of repair on an item, please note that it becomes your responsibility to contact the manufacturer of the product directly, work through a local dealer to get their warranty work done, or return the product to Alles Brothers for repairs with the responsibilities of all shipping, handling, and freight charges.
For carpet and flooring, workmanship is covered on any defects in installation for a period of 2 years. Defects in carpet and flooring materials are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is between you and the manufacturer, and all manufacturer decisions are final.
DELIVERY & PICKUP POLICIES
Upon notification that your merchandise has been received in the warehouse, your furniture must be scheduled for delivery or pickup within 30 days. As we have a limited amount of space in our warehouse, storage of merchandise past 30 days will incur a $5 per day charge until the item is picked up or delivered.
Payment for storage is required before the furniture is delivered or picked up.
All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to scheduling delivery or pickup.
Delivery:
Any damage or concerns with your delivery must be noted at the time of delivery. Alles Brothers cannot assume any liability for damages or claims that are not documented at the time of delivery.
Deliveries that are cancelled the same day are subject to a $100 redelivery fee. If the truck has already been loaded or is en route to your home then this fee will apply.
Pickup:
When making arrangements to pick up merchandise, please call ahead to schedule an appointment for pickup. Merchandise picked up at Alles Brothers may be in its original carton or packing. Any assembly required or returns of picked up merchandise will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Items will not be opened and inspected prior to or during the time of pickup; therefore, any damage to your merchandise must be reported within 3 days.
We will gladly assist you in loading your merchandise. However, for liability purposes, Alles Brothers is not responsible for incidents related to securing the load.
Also, be certain to bring a valid photo I.D. and a copy of your sales ticket, as both are required and must be verified before your order can be released.
