Alles Brothers Furniture has a history in furniture that dates back to 1860 when the Alles family made their entrance into the furniture business in Jasper, Indiana.  The Prussian born Alles brothers manufactured and sold their own products including furniture, cabinets, coffins, and caskets.

On April 28, 1893, Joseph W. Alles opened his doors for business in Mt. Vernon, Indiana.  Since that day there have been five generations of Alleses in the original 1893 location.
